Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Bridal by Sarah Roberts.

Customs fees and taxes will vary in different countries. Please contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Here at Sarah Roberts, we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase.

However, if you don't love your purchase quite enough, we operate a 14-day return policy. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons or bespoke commissions, and we don't refund shipping costs.

To provide a refund, please follow the below instructions:

The item must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, within 14 days.
The item must not have been worn, used or damaged and be in a sellable condition.
Send your item with tracking to ensure a safe return, as we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the item.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and it will only be the item(s) cost that is refunded, not the postage.

Once the item has been received, we will inspect it. Any refunds due can take up to 7 working days.

If you discover a fault with any of our products within the first 30 days after purchase, we will be happy to exchange, repair or refund your item.

Our Jewellery Advent Calendar and Christmas Crackers are excluded from our returns policy. However, if an individual item within our Christmas Advent Calender or Christmas Cracker is faulty, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
